Miniature gold coin tankard set with a cabochon sapphire push piece and decorated with five gold rubles of Catherine the Great dated 1783, seven 5 ruble pieces dated 1779 and one of 1758 and four 2 ruble pieces dated 1777 - initials of workmaster Erik Kollin, assay mark of St. Petersburg before 1899, 56 (zolotnik), height 3 1/4 inches, (8.3 cm). A miniature version by Kollin of late 17th century/early 18th century coin tankard such as produced in Northern and Eastern Germany.
